Meetings:
For daytime meetings, classes or training sessions, a $50.00 cleaning fee is required. For a three-hour minimum, the rental fee for the "Solarium" is $150.00. The room accommodates up to 25 people. Each additional hour is $75.00

Weddings and Receptions

Fees & Deposits:                                                                                              The rental fee for a three-hour usage on Friday-Sunday & Holidays is $350, plus the rental of the Ashley Terrace & Thee Cottage for use by the couple while also  allowing for a guest bathroom. Each additional hour is $100.00.

We prefer smaller weddings/receptions (2 – 20 guests) and have an on-staff wedding officiant who has performed over 500 ceremonies.  Rates are negotiable and dependent upon number of room bookings and level of activities.

Larger events require a non-refundable deposit to hold the date with payment in full 30 days prior to the event.  An additional $250.00 refundable security deposit is required plus a $75.00 cleaning fee.  Event coordination service by a professional is available from  $500.00.

Honeymoon Suite:

The Lily Rock has a private, second story terrace and features a king size bed, separate sitting room and romantic fireplace.
